SLOT HEAD FIXTURES
This fixture was designed after a friend of mine plowed through the side of a classical guitar head stock with his router when his template arrangement failed. The side of this fixture has three drill bushing insert that are removable, they will accommodate both the classical and steel string guitar tuning machines. The templates are made so that they can be easily replaced with other templates giving you a great deal of flexibility in one tool. The tool frame it self is designed to keep both sides simetrical during adjustments and cutting, clamping occurs on the side and back of the head stock.
CLASSICAL STYLE
This will fit on most classical guitar head stocks for easy of cutting the slots and drilling the tuner machine holes.
STEEL STRING STYLE
Originally designed for the smaller OM guitars, this format has grown into other styles of guitars.
COMBO (Combination) FIXTURE
For builders that make both classical and steel string guitars.
TRIPLE CHOICE
Like the Combo fixture we added a vertical template set to drill out standard tuning machines.
12 STRING
This fixture is a bit larger so two added back clamps were added, this comes with a steel string and vertical template.
